How to fix R3 "Expired" Let's Encrypt Certificates on the nodes

I hope that you are all well where ever you are in the world. If you have found this blog post, you are experiencing an issue with your nodes reporting "certificate has expired" due to the expiry of the R3 intermediate certificate.
This guide will not fix SSL certificates that have expired, only the intermediate cert. To check the SSL validity please run:
openssl s_client -connect 127.0.0.1:9033 2>/dev/null | openssl x509 -noout -dates
To fix the expired R3 intermediate certificate please follow the steps below.
1) First verify that you are running the latest ca-certificates, please run:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install ca-certificates -y
2) Next is to install a the newer R3 intermediate, please copy and paste the following block of text and press enter. Source for R3 Intermediate cert: https://crt.sh/?id=3334561879

3) Next is to add the new intermediate into the trusted store, please run the follwing command:
sudo update-ca-certificates --fresh
4) Finally restarting the zend daemon:
sudo systemctl restart zend
Please note: It may take up to an hour for the tracking server to re-validate your cert and clear the exception. To verify that this guide has fixed your issue, please run:
openssl s_client -connect 127.0.0.1:9033 | grep 'Verify return code'
If you get the following response you just need to wait for the tracking server to re-validate.
Verify return code: 0 (ok)
